Thank you for visiting my web site today.  My name is Ayako Kobayashi Knowles (Koko).

 I was born in Japan and grew up there until I got married and came to the States in 1990.

I am a California state Licensed Certified Massage Therapist, a Holistic Health Practitioner, and John F. Barnes, PT, LMT's approach Myofascial Release Therapist.

I am grateful to all the teachers at Healing Hands, School of Holistic Health, Mr. John F. Barnes, PT, LMT, and other MFR (Myofascial Release) instructor therapists.
